PARTNERS IN
GIVING
One of the important things in life is
giving back to the community. To me, this also means being active in helping
other less fortunate than you. It is with this spirit, that I offer to donate a
portion of my earnings in my your name, as well as an opportunity for you to
give to your favorite charity.
My favorite charity is NORD, (The National
Organization for Rare Diseases). This not-for-profit charity raises funds for
patient medication for "orphan diseases" and donates monies for research and a
hopeful cure. Believe it or not, you probably know someone with one of these
rare disorders, and this is one way to help. These are forgotten about
illnesses and those afflicted deserve your thoughts and prayers, too.
I realize that many people have their own
favorite charitable organization that they would like to donate money to. It is
your choice, as my client, as to who this charitable contribution would go to
first, and if there is no clear choice, the donation will be made on your
behalf to NORD.
Thank you. God Bless.

Financing Your Home >Early Loan Approval
Many lenders help prospective buyers get pre-approved for a mortgage loan before the buyers begin a serious house-hunting effort. If you are in this position, give the loan officer all of the information about your assets, income, and debts so they can tell you how much you will be able to borrow under the available loan options. The loan officer will do a credit check and work with the lender to straighten out any problems with your credit rating.
Pre-approval from a lender can make you more attractive to the seller when you find the home you want. Multiple offers sometimes come in on a house, and you may find yourself competing with other buyers. In that case, it is helpful if you have included a letter from the lender with your offer stating that you have an approved loan and are, indeed, qualified to buy. This will also save you time by eliminating from consideration any homes that you would not be able to afford.
