A "Marketing Presentation" is an industry term for the formal presentation that a Realtor makes to a prospective home seller. This typically includes extensive research and data to competitively price your home, as well as detailed marketing strategies to sell your home.
Most people don't have any idea as to exactly what a Realtor does from start to finish to effect a sale. It is with that in mind that I have compiled a list of tasks that I perform for my clients. A market analyses report is just that. A series of individual analyses, multiple comparables and market trends that together enable you to price your home according to the current market, and its conditions. The more information you have at your disposal, the more realistic the price will be.
