As of June 1, 2004, we now keep our own database of all homes for sale in our Non-MLS Homes for Sale Database. This resource is available for our clients only and our up-to-date information is for the following towns only: Easton, Fairfield, Monroe, Shelton, Stratford, Trumbull and Westport.
This database changes almost daily and represents as much as 20% of the available inventory in any given town. That is way too many homes for you to miss out on.
As of 3/16/05, Our NON-MLS inventory has more than 830 properties!

Some of the obvious inclusions are "For Sale By Owner" property listings, as well as our own trade secrets to locate other potential sellers. So if you're not finding what you're looking for through the traditional method that most agents use, and you are not under contract with an agent to represent you, Call us! Let us know that you need our NON-MLS. We'll check our database immediately and let you know if your dream home is out there. We'll work hard to get you that home.
So why isn't this extra service available through all agents? The short answer is that researching and maintaining this kind of database requires labor-intensive research, and most agents have neither the time, desire nor staff to implement it. So thank you, Victoria, for your hard work and efforts in keeping this database up to date.
It is our belief that when you hire us to help you find a home, the "easy" way to find homes for sale is not always the best.
